Value of land without planning consent

How can I gain the value of land adjacent to a property that does not have planning consent. Tree preservation area.

  • Hi Jack - If there´s a Tree Preservation Order, it may well be difficult to get planning at all, or there may be restrictions which could make any future plans for development unfeasible. But let´s assume there are no issues, do you have a rough idea of what can be built on the land and what it would sell for?
