Landlord is selling without notice
My landlord has put the house I rent up for sale. He called me to tell me he wants to sell and do.I want to buy, I'm not in the position to buy. He has a property that he wants to move into with his family and to fund it needs to sell either the house I am in and or the house he lives in. I have no idea what his real intentions are. Whether or not he actually wants to sell regardless. He hasn't given me notice to move or cancel my tenancy. I feel in limbo. Where do.I stand if the property sells and he hasn't yet given me notice? How much notice is the norm once a property with a tenant is sold? Any help would be good. Thank you in advance.
