  • You cannot advertise on Zoopla without going through an agent. The cost for the larger portals will usually be included in the Landlord fee. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, Unfortunately Zoopla is a property portal only open to estate agents to advertise on and therefore if you wish to advertise on Zoopla you will need to go through an agent who is registered on this site. You can search for local agents who use Zoopla using the 'find agents' tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • Hi. Landlords can't advertise on zoopla or rightmove without some sort of intermediary. If you are looking for a low cost option, which gives you control over your let (ie, you get to hand pick which tenants you let to), perhaps you should consider an online letting agent?? The Online Letting Agents charge £39+vat for advertising on zoopla (and various other sites incl. gumtree), or £59+vat if you want to upgrade to include rightmove (for 3 mths). Happy to talk you through it if you would like more info. Thanks, Eleanor 01284 711020
