Looking to rent with a satisfied CCJ
Me & my partner are looking to rent a house but we have a CCJ against us which is satisfied for the total of £322. How is this going to affect us? It was paid in full once I noticed the CCJ on our file, we rent at the moment but LL is looking to sell so we are having to move and I'm worrying my self to death about this! As stated it was paid in full once noticed and its for the sum of £322... any advice? We both have been renting now for 4 years and have never missed or been late on rent payments, our current LL and previous are happy to give us references stating this of course.
