Long term rental details

My daughter who is registered disabled has been offered a very long term rental by her landlady. She would be very happy to take it up. Are there any pitfalls?

  • Hello - I would read through the contract carefully and ensure that she won't be tied into the rental contract should she wish to leave. It's usually called a 'break clause', but may be worded differently. Might be a good idea to ask a local solicitor to review things, just to be on the safe side. Citizens Advice usually offer a free service. All the best, Ruban
