Is PIP included in annual income?
I am looking to rent and one of the references is combined annual income exceeding 30x the annual rent. With just income from work I hit just under but if you include my PIP its above. Is PIP included in annual income, as it's not housing benefit?

Hi. Some referencing companies/letting agents will accept PIP payments but not others. Worth checking when you first contact the agent to see what their criteria are.
