  • You can only advertise a property to let on Zoopla through a letting agent. If you click on the Find Agents link at the top of the page you can search for all agents in your area with a Zoopla membership. Kind regards, Martin & Co (UK) Ltd

  • Hi. Unfortunately landlord's can't post advertisements on zoopla or rightmove without an intermediary. If you're happy to provide your own property details and accompany viewings, you should consider using an online letting agent, such as ourselves, The Online Letting Agents. We will advertise your property on zoopla for just £39+vat, or you can upgrade to include rightmove for just an additional £20+vat. All tenant enquiries come pre-vetted, and we also include a bespoke contract free of charge. Please feel free to contact me if you would like any further information.
