Number of sets of keys

In the case of a rental of 1 bedroom, in which the bed is for two people implying the 1 bedroom can be inhabited by a couple but with the lease being signed by 1 single tenant, is the Tenant entitled to request that the Landlord provide him/her with two sets of keys? Is there a law/regulation article referring to the number of keys to be provided by the Landlord to a Tenant? Kind regards

  • Hello Vince, One set is sufficient but you are entitled to cut your own but hand them back at the end. Hope that helps. Jonathan :-)
