Self employed less that 12 months
I'm am trying to find out what options there are for someone who is self employed, having only started a limited company less than 6 months ago, to prove his income for renting a property in the London area. In terms of renting successfully, can anyone shed any light on what options there are? e.g is it standard practice to offer to pay 6 months of rent in advance on a 6th month contract? Many thanks.

Hi Lisa, Every agent/landlord is different so you’ll need to check but the 6 month option is likely your best bet, or a guarantor if that’s tricky. Good luck. - Jeff.
