Homes not requiring guarantors

Hi, I was just wondering if I could get a private house if I don't have a guarantor. I'm looking for a new home but struggling to find one where I will not need a guarantor... Any help would be really appreciated!

  • Hello Toni, You shouldn't need to worry about a guarantor if you have a decent credit rating. If this isn't the case, it might be worth speaking with the council to see if they have any options. There are also some landlords that would be willing to be a bit more flexible. Thanks, Ruban
