  • If you are looking to let out your property, you can use as little or as many agents as you wish to advertise it. What you need to be careful of though, is confusing the market by advertising with too many agents. This will make the marketing look a bit desperate and will put people off. Invite the local agencies to present what they can do for you and pick 2/3 of the best and put it to market. Make sure you ask the right questions for you and pick who best meets your needs.

  • You certainly can. However it is a myth that using multiple agents can improve your chances of letting your property. Unfortunately it doesn't. Your best chances are to use a single agent as this will avoid your property being overexposed in the market and can help you to achieve a better price in the long run.

  • Hi, Yes, you are able to instruct 2 agents to sell your property which will mean you will need to sign a multiple agents contract. We would advise that you would only sell with one agent as having too many estate agents selling your property may look like desperation and is not a good advert for your home. This multiple agents contract you would have in place would then mean you would only be eligible to pay for one agents fee rather than all.
