Advice Needed Please

Hi, firstly thank you for taking the time to read. Me and my partner are currently looking into renting a property. The only problem we have is that I'm currently working as a temp through an employment agency and have been for the past three months. My partner is currently in contracted employment but on maternity leave so is only taking home a very small percentage of her monthly salary. I would like to ask anyone if you think that it would be possible for us to rent or would we be simply refused?

  • Hi, If you are able to afford a property, then you should certainly go for it. It may be best that you speak to local estate agents and advise them of your situation, they will then be able to look at your affordability and recommend properties for you. We hope this helps.
