  • Personally I've never had an issue with online agents. They serve a market sector- Landlords who want to save costs but are willing to undertake work to do so. A Landlord wanting an online agent will be unlikely to want to full service agent and vice versa. It really is horses for courses. Approximately 40% of our Landlords live outside the UK so an online agent would not work for them. If anything, I have seen the rise of online agents boost our profile and enable us to justify our fees with greater ease because they can see that paying hundreds just to stick a property on some portals is not value for money.

  • I absolutely agree with Kristjan. We are an online letting agent, and our business model simply doesn't suit all landlords. If you are looking for a low-cost option, and are happy to put in a little effort for the financial reward then an online agent is perfect for you. If you don't live near your property or have no interest in accompanying viewings and prefer a hands-off approach, then a high street agent is probably a better option for you. I have posted our web address for you to have a look at how we work. Our fee for advertising your property across the internet, incl. Rightmove and Zoopla, is £59+vat
