When to enquire about properties
I am looking for rented accommodation in the new year, when is a suitable time to contact potential property owners?

Hi, This totally depends on the location and the rental market, however it is common for agents to advertise properties 2 months prior to it's availability, for example a current tenant would provide notice that they are moving out and the property would be made available to view but not move in until they were to move out. We hope this helps.
