What is the premium to lease a property?

Hi, I'm trying to rent a property for my business, but there is a term called a "premium" in the section of description which is an amount of money I must pay off when I lease the property. Can anyone tell me what this "premium" means, and will it be paid monthly or annually? Thanks a lot!

  • The 'premium' is a single payment for the lease for however long it runs. So you will pay the premium to get the lease once and then the rent each year, quarter or month.
