  • Hi. You would need to check the t's and c's of the particular agents. Some allow multiple agency advertising from day 1, some have clauses where they get exclusive advertising rights for x weeks, some don't. If you're looking for a cost effective advertising option, and are able to accompany viewings yourself, why not consider an online letting agent? We are happy for you to advertise with multiple agents, however advise that you limit this to one online agent and one high street agent. Too many ads for the same property give prospective tenants a negative impression and can actually deter enquiries. We charge £39+vat for advertising on zoopla (as well as many other sites) and £59+vat for advertising on all of these sites as well as rightmove. You will have pre-vetted leads sent to you via email and text, we will fully reference check your chosen tenants (you get a copy of the reference report!) and you also get a bespoke contract. It's definitely worth considering. Please do also check our reviews on trustpilot to see how well it works for our landlords. Happy to talk it through with you also. Kind regards, Eleanor, 03300 883973
