My landlord is selling and I have lived in the flat for 9 years.

Do I still have to give 2 months notice and as I paid a month in advance does it mean that I don't have to pay him rent for the last month that I will be there? Thank you.

  • Hey cmarin, You should pay rent to the last month and then get your deposit back. Check it is in a scheme like TDS etc and if not consult your solicitors/ Citizen Advice Bureau. - Jeff
