  • Hi Lemon 78, There are a couple of ways to look at the safety and security of a certain area. The link I have provided is to a property on Belheim Road, and by clicking on the "local info" tab you can see the thoughts of local residents. They rate the area - with a postcode UB5 - as "very good" and gave it a percentage of 77 per cent. This included a 4.5-star rating for community and safety. If you look further down at the "crime" tab under Local info for Ealing, and you can see that were more incidents here compared to the national average for England and Wales in 2010/11. The website is also very informative when it comes to crime figures. For the one-mile area around Blenheim road there were 325 reported incidents in April this year. This included 95 of anti-social behaviour, 44 of vehicle crime and 42 of violent crime. According to the map, none of these incidents were reported on Blenheim Road. Often the best way to gauge an area is to spend a bit of time there; have a drive round during the day and at night so that you get a good impression of what things are like for yourself. Thanks Scott
