  • Hi bombone, To find the best ratings for secondary schools, a quick search should bring you to a website called Findmyschool. I have searched and attached a link to the bottom of this question that should allow you to analyse the schools in Ipswich. As you will see on the right side of the page, you are able to see the rating each school received in its latest Ofsted inspection, which is one of the best ways to make a judgment over what constitutes the best school in the area. You can also rank them by their performance on SATs. Looking at the list, in terms of performance in both of these factors, Northgate is the best school in the area, followed by Claydon and Hadleigh. Many thanks, Scott
