Can I make an offer before I have an offer on my property?

  • Hi, Of course you can make an offer before you have an offer on your own property. However as stated above, having it accepted is a different matter as after all the vendor of the property you are looking to purchase may have other interest from people who are already proceed-able or already have their property sold and therefore it may be quicker for the vendor to accept those offers.
