Offer made - asked to take off market
Hello, I wonder if anyone can answer a quick one? We've had a good offer, but the buyer wants us to take the house off the market while they find a buyer. We don't want to introduce risk, by taking it off and wondered if there's anything we can do in this situation to get reassurance. Push for early exchange of contracts? Ideas welcome, thanks.
