Property Market In Leicester Forest East

We put our house up for sale 8 weeks ago with a large agency In Leicester City Centre. I have paid extra for premium listings on Zoopla and Rightmove, had an audio tour and professional photos taken, put on market at 15k below agents top price and only had 6 viewings. The agents have to be chased and despite this being a large 4 bed/ 2 bath det house with 2 reception rooms 22 '+ and a large kitchen diner 4 of the viewers have been investment buyers . I am constantly chasing feedback and the sales team now say they arent selling anything but houses in the 100-125k range. This is the opposite of what they told me when we put the property up! Is the market for family homes here really dead?Strangely the market in Sth Leics is buoyant as houses we might like are selling in a week or two! Having spent an additional £499 for the photos etc I feel let down by the Agents who seem to have lost interest and changed their view on the market almost overnight
