  • Would need to be seen to be valued - It really depends on how much you are looking for the property

  • Hi, To find out the information that you are looking for, you can use the website here at Zoopla. Obviously, there isn't a way to find out an exact valuations for our property without having a survey done, but we can estimate it using a list of asking prices through the website. To do this, simply hover over the tab at the top of this page called sold prices. Choose the second option on the dropdown menu called area stats. On this new page, you will see a number of tables for your area. These show the asking prices for selling and letting homes at the current time, broken down into property types and sizes. From the first table, we can see that a two-bedroom flat in the area you are living in currently sits at an average price of £274,477. Many thanks, Scott
