Is there any way of finding out how long each local estate agent takes?

  • The usual way is to speak to local agents themselves and ask for evidence of their sales periods/volumes. Good ones should also be able to put you in touch with previous sellers so you can get references.

  • Hello, Yes but it’s quite fiddly. You can find their stock on a property portal like Rightmove and search STC stock and look at time on market. This is only indicative though. Take a look around the area for plenty of sold and for sale boards. That’s the easiest way. Regards, Jonathan.
