  • The estate agent you are on the market with should be able to provide this for you. Give them a call and ask them for your Zoopla "click through rate" report.

  • Look at the right hand panel on any Zoopla listing, you will see something like this: Listing history First listed £295,000 on 24th Jun 2014 Asking price changes £280,000 5.1% Reduced on: 15th Sep 2014 Page views Last 30 days: 166 | Since listed: 780 Figures updated once daily Last sale £237,500 on 23rd Sep 2010

  • Hi, You could take a look at the property page and see from the right hand side a brief analysis of your property's performance, however it would be best to speak to the estate agent that you are listing through as they will have further information on these for you. We hope this helps.
