Seven bedrooms for £100,000? A miniature bungalow by the sea? Both were among the most-clicked-on homes on Zoopla in March. But what else made our top 10?
1. Five-bedroom detached house in Finchampstead, Berkshire, for £2.95m
Sitting at the top of the charts in March was Woodland House, a breathtaking new-build mansion in the home county of Berkshire. Along with a Sonos sound system, underfloor heating and top-end integrated appliances, every one of its five bedrooms are ensuite.

2. Five-bedroom detached house in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, for £150,000
In second place is this incredible church that’s part-way through being converted into a five-bedroom home. As it’s Grade II-listed there are building restrictions to work around. But with planning, ambition and a flexible budget beyond the £150,000 asking price, this could be a heavenly place to call home.

3. Six-bedroom property in Rowington, Warwickshire, POA
Edging into the top three is this former inn which dates back as far as 1783. Now a luxurious family home with two enormous reception rooms, six bedrooms and an annexe, there’s still plenty of room for guests.

4. Five-bedroom property in Looe, Cornwall, for £1.1m
With stunning panoramic views of the Cornish coastline, it’s easy to see what attracted all the clicks on this property listing. It’s an upside-down house so most of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the kitchen and living areas are upstairs (all that fantastic scenery is wasted if you’re asleep).

5. Six-bedroom property in Guildford, Surrey, for £3.95m
This award winning 17th century barn conversion has been lavishly updated to include an indoor swimming pool, games room, bar, studio and two stables. Despite its size, the wood-burning stoves, exposed brickwork, wooden beams and rustic tiled floors help keep it homely.

6. Seven-bedroom semi-detached house in Dufftown, Moray, for £100,000
When’s the last time you saw a seven-bedroom home with 165-foot garden on the market for £100,000? That’s what you’ll get with this Scottish property, which captured your interest in March. But, as it’s currently uninhabitable, you’ll need guts to take it on.

7. Five-bedroom detached house in Priors Marston, Warwickshire, for £2.5m
Sitting in seventh place is this jaw-dropping country house on a former dairy farm. Dating from 1757, it’s undergone two years worth of renovations to become the plush family home you see today – and comes complete with an enormous 10,000 sq ft of living space inside, and 85 acres outside.

8. Six-bedroom property in Upper Padley, Derbyshire, for £2.6m
Few settings are as spectacular as the Peak District – so how about this six-bedroom mansion right at the heart of it? It was built by its current owners with a ‘no expense spared’ philosophy. Perks include a temperature-controlled wine room, hobby room and cinema.

9. One-bedroom detached bungalow in Caister-On-Sea, Norfolk, for £145,000
Downsizing? This picture-perfect bungalow by the seaside might fit the bill. It’s a shame there’s no interior pictures of the home, but the immaculately-maintained front garden and short hop to the beach is motivation enough. There’s also a £1,000 buyer’s incentive up for grabs.

10. Six-bedroom detached house in East Farleigh, Kent, for £1.5m
Sneaking into 10th place is this sleek equestrian property. It sits on a 14-acre plot with several paddocks, 11 stables and a sand school. If fishing is more your pace, then you’re in luck as the six-bedroom home also backs onto a stretch of the River Medway.
