With asking prices slashed on one in three properties for sale on Zoopla last month, we've mapped out where to find the biggest reductions.
The number of cut-price properties for sale on Zoopla has climbed by 4% since April alone.
And, most asking price reductions were seen in July, when 33% of all listings were discounted.
With average discounts now standing at more than £25,000, it spells increased bargaining power for first-time buyers and people looking to move up – or down – the property ladder.
