FEES
Tenants - There are no charges or fees to tenants. Rents are paid in advance and any and all deposits are put into an appropriate Deposit scheme. All rents paid are held in a client account and interest is paid on this which can be found out from the office.

Landlords - We charge an admin fee of £250.00 for each tenancy created for the landlord and then depending on the service the landlord chooses the following fees apply

MANAGED 10% OF Rent Inclusive of VAT

INTRO NON MANAGED 08% of the rent for the intial term of the tenancy inclusive of VAT.

Sales - 1.25% of the Sale Price inclusive of VAT

There are no charges to purchasers and all other services in relation to the purchase of any property are direct with third parties accordingly i e legals, Conviencing, Surveys Home buyers Reports and any other services required for the purchase.

We have a designated Client Account for all client money and CLIENT MONEY PROTECT registered.
