As a Landlord we are able to advise you of the requirements of existing legislation in relation to, for example, gas and electrical safety, fire and furnishings regulations, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide safety, overseas taxation implications. In addition to legislative requirements, we will advise Landlords how to make their property ready for letting, the need and purpose of a comprehensive inventory, how we protect a tenants deposit under the DPS Scheme, and how to insure against rent arrears and damaged property.

As a tenant you can rest assured that we will always endeavor to make available good quality homes that meet with the requirements of existing legislation. Where
Brightestmove are managing the property you will be offered a personable and customer friendly service from fully trained staff. We will always advise you when the Landlord is managing a property and will ensure that the Landlord is fully aware of his legal obligations to you.
