Linda came to Cavendish in 2017 as PA to John and Sandie, assisting them with their day to day business responsibilities along with the general running of the office. Linda also assists Becci and Melanie with registering applicants, arranging/carrying out viewings and overseeing the Landlords Agency Agreements.

Lettings Manager
Becci initially began her career with Cavendish as Property Manager, and after gaining a wealth of experience in the lettings industry including obtaining a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property and Management along with a Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service, she progressed to Lettings Manager, dealing with all enquiries/viewings for tenants. Becci also works with landlords providing rental valuations, arranging the appropriate marketing for each property, to then find suitable tenants to meet their requirements.

Lettings Negotiator
Following 13 years of property experience Melanie continued her lettings career as lettings negotiator with Cavendish in April 2017. Working with Becci, Melanie registers applicants on the Cavendish database to assist with their property search, matching suitable tenants with suitable properties, arranging and carrying out viewings, and working on behalf of, and with, the tenants and landlords to come to a mutual agreement to ensure an easy move.

Rio brought her lettings experience to Cavendish in March 2018, and took on the role as lettings progressor giving tenants and landlords a direct point of contact once a suitable tenant/property match has been found, Rio then guides the process forward from referencing through to move-in, ensuring all legal aspects are covered and tenants and landlords are kept up to date at every stage.

Rachel Walkling

Head of Property Maintenance
Rachel joined Cavendish in 2011 and deals with day to day property maintenance, tenancy extensions, property inspections, inventories, check ins/check outs, and deposits. Rachel is in contact with all the contractors on a daily basis ensuring all repairs are carried out correctly and efficiently, liaising with both Landlords and tenants to keep them updated and aware of any situations that arise. Rachel is a member of ARLA and has completed the relevant qualifications.

Regina Segers-Post
Property Manager
Regina joined Cavendish in 2017, and works alongside Rachel Walkling dealing with any property maintenance issues on behalf of both landlords and tenants, with the benefit of having direct contact with all the contractors this ensures a seamless turnaround. Regina also carries out inventories, property inspections and tenant check ins/check outs as required.

Finance Manager
Rachel has been with Cavendish for over 10 years. Rachel prepares all landlord statements, co-ordinates collection of rental payments to ensure swift credit to the client, she handles all aspects of client accounting as well as management account preparation.
