Christopher Stokes MARLA MNAEADirector
Lived in Waltham Cross for the first twenty years of his life before moving to Cheshunt. After attending schools in both Waltham Cross and Cheshunt, he went on to obtain a degree in business and finance. It was at university that Chris started to develop a passion for property. He began to build a property portfolio and then entered the industry full-time. As well as working day-to-day within the estate agency, Chris is also a CeMAP qualified mortgage broker.
Mario Panayiotou MNAEAManaging Director
Joined the company in March 2006 as a Senior Negotiator and, within eighteen months, had become a fellow Director. Mario grew up and went to school in Enfield. He has worked as an estate agent since 2001 and, before joining Christopher Stokes, built up experience at various agencies, both independent and corporate. This has enabled him to see how different companies operate and take the good things from them all while leaving their bad habits behind!
Andy XyrizosAssistant Manager
Andy has been with the company since 2015. Before starting at Christopher Stokes as an Assistant Manager Andy worked as a negotiator for a local agency over the past 10 years. Having gained a lot of experience and knowledge about sales Andy works closely with our vendors and carries our property valuations. He is very proactive and ensures that excellent customer service is always delivered and is an integral member of our team.
Jon QuySales Negotiator
Jon started with Christopher Stokes in February 2017. Coming from a sales orientated background Jon picked up estate agency easily and has since then excelled and gained knowledge about both the local area and market. He has a friendly and likeable personality and is eager to do well within the property industry.
Amy CecilAdministrator/ PA
Amy Cecil- Administrator/PA Amy has been with Christopher Stokes since 2015 and looks after all of our administrative duties as well as being the PA to both Directors and Branch Manager. She was a sales negotiator before switching roles within the company. Amy ensures the smooth running of the office and deals with all advertising of properties.
Tobias HorobinSenior Negotiator
Tobias joined Christopher Stokes three years ago and has worked in both the Enfield and Cheshunt branches. He has gained extensive knowledge about both the local area and the property market and has developed great customer service skills over the years.
