We are a small family run business based in Merthyr Tydfil. We have over many years experince and knowledge. We first started our company H & R Lettings to manage our own properties, but as we grew, we wanted to help other landlords with our knowledge and understanding of the Lettings market.
H & R Lettings – Tenant / Landlord fees (Wales)
We are committed to transparency. Fees apply only as allowed by law:
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent (deducted from main deposit if referencing passed) Tenant
Late Rent: 3% above Bank of England base rate after 14 days overdue - Tenant
Lost Keys / Security Devices: charged at replacement cost - Tenant
Early Termination: reasonable costs if requested by tenant - Tenant
Optional Services: Gas Safety £72, EPC £65 - Landlord
