Paul is one of the partners. Having grown up in Eastbourne and now with 25 years experience in estate agency, Paul specialises in residential valuations and property development. Paul is also a member of ARLA and has a portfolio of investment properties himself, which is invaluable to understanding the whole lettings business.
Mark has worked in Estate Agency for over 25 years, the majority within the Eastbourne market. He oversees the general running of the office and undertakes many appointments himself. He has also worked in Crowborough, Haywards Heath and Brighton and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with all types and values of residential property. He has lived in Eastbourne and the surrounding area all his life. He is a family man who enjoys swimming, football, reading and walking his dog
