We are proud to be members of ARLA Propertymark; and have an operational client money protection scheme as part of our membership of the National Federation of Property Professionals. We are also registered with Safe Agent and subscribe to the organisations client money protection scheme.

In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we require one months rent in advance and a sum equal to five weeks rent as a security deposit which is registered with The Deposit Protection Service. In order to secure a tenancy, you will be required to pay a refundable holding fee capped at no more than one weeks rent. As company policy, we also require a guarantor who must be a UK property owner.
