Matt WasleyQuedgeley Branch Manager
Matt was born and brought up in Gloucester, there’s very few people he doesn't know in our fair City! His enthusiasm is infectious and knows no bounds, at 6`5" he’s a real charmer and a natural salesman. Having started with the company back in 2013 he has worked his way up through the ranks & absolutely loves his job!! In his spare time Matt can be found playing football at least three times a week.
Rob SmithQuedgeley Lettings Manager
Robert has been involved with the estate agency and lettings business in Gloucestershire since 1988 and joined Michael Tuck & Company in 1996. In 2000 his work has been in residential lettings and has been based in the Quedgeley office since 2005. Over the years he has built up a great deal of knowledge and experience in the local area which has proved invaluable in expanding and maintaining a very successful lettings office.
Kirsty ShelleyQuedgeley Lettings Administrator
Kirsty joined the team in 2014 as an administrator for Quedgeley Lettings. During her time here, she has built up knowledge of the local area and of the property industry. Kirsty assists with all administration tasks, working alongside Robert in the day to day operation of the Quedgeley Lettings department. When not at work Kirsty enjoys watching and playing football for a local team.

James is the most recent addition to our team here in Quedgeley. He started selling property at the age of 16 as an apprentice in Cheltenham. He has fantastic people skills, exceptional residential property knowledge and is a real grafter. James is keen to find buyers their dream homes as well as sell their properties swiftly and lucratively. In his spare time he finds new challenges and problems to solve that will improve his business acumen.
Sue SysumSales Negotiator
Sue is another long serving member of staff and joined Michael Tuck way back in the early nineties as a Saturday assistant. Gloucester born and bred, she then progressed to become a full time sales negotiator initially at the Goucester City Centre branch. Following the birth of her daughter in 2003 Sue opted to go part time and works as a sales negotiator three days a week.
Otis BrownSales Negotiator
Otis is a recent addition to the Michael Tuck team at Quedgeley. Being full of enthusiasm and charisma, he has already managed to obtain an impressive sales record on which he intends to improve and is also becoming a client favourite as he is always willing to go the extra mile. Otis is driven and dedicated to training, in his spare time he can be found at his local gym so he is fully prepared for his next up and coming fitness competition. Which he’s expecting to win!
