Nicholas Brett & Co is a niche practice focused primarily on retail and commercial property. Nick Brett BSc MRICS established the practice in 1998 and is a Chartered Surveyor having in excess of 30 years experience. We act for landlords, tenants, developers and investors throughout the UK. We advise on lettings and disposals, acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals and dispute resolution. In addition we offer investment and development advice continually looking for angles to add value and maximise returns. Nick is also a Partner in Shop Property Management which specialises in the management of private landlords mainly retail property portfolios. In addition to day to day management services it acts as Asset Manager developing short, medium and long term strategies.
