Hannah StanbridgeBranch Manager
Hannah has been an employee of Oakfield since 2009 starting as a Branch Coordinator and working her way up to being appointed as Branch Manager in 2016. She is extremely organised and there is very little about Oakfield and the sales and lettings markets she doesn't know! Hannah was Oakfield's Employee of the Year 2016 an achievement she is, rightfully, very proud of.
Callum SmithSales Negotiator
Callum is learning the role of a Sales Negotiator working closely with Jules whom is teaching him everything he knows. Having come from a career in retail Callum has decided property is where his real passion lies and is enjoying learning all aspects of Estate Agency. Callum can be found carrying out viewings, liaising with applicants advising them of the latest properties to market and assisting Jules with sales progression.
Amy WilliamsLettings Negotiator
Amy joined Oakfield at the end of 2015 as a Branch Coordinator within a short time it became clear that she had the skills and expertise to make an excellent negotiator and was promoted to this role. Her day to day role sees her carrying out viewings, liaising with Tenants and our lettings progressors to get Tenants moved into properties as well as ensuring our applicants are kept up to date on the latest properties coming to market.
Patrick WoolgarLettings Negotiator
Having proven himself as an apprentice assisting the Negotiators and Listers in their roles, February 2017 saw Patrick promoted to a Lettings Negotiator. In his role as a Lettings Negotiator Patrick works closely with Amy assisting Tenants with finding new properties and taking them through the process to get them referenced and moved in.

Jade joined the Hastings team in May 2017, alongside working for Oakfield and learning all she can about Estate Agency and Residential Lettings. Jade is also doing a Business Admin Apprenticeship and hopes to start a career within the property industry.
Adam Sellers MNAEASenior Lettings Marketing Consultant
Adam first joined Oakfield in September 2013 as a Junior Sales Negotiator within the Hastings Branch. Adam passed his NAEA exams in such a short period of time which lead to his promotion to a Full Time Sales Negotiator. With his excellent customer service skills and his dedication to the job, Adam was again quickly promoted to a Property Marketing Consultant. In 2015, Adam now heads up our Lettings department as our Senior Lettings Marketing Consultant.
Emma StoreyProperty Management Administrator
Emma joined Oakfield in January 2018, having worked in customer care and admin for 5 years, she brings plenty of experience with her. Emma works very closely with Jasmine and Ricky dealing with maintenance issues that arise as well as organising regular maintenance to ensure our properties remain compliant at all times.
Andrew Barber-Wells MNAEASales Manager
Having joined Oakfield in 2018 from the busy London market, Andrew is a highly motivated and experienced estate agent who believes in providing an excellent customer experience. He believes that strong marketing is essential to achieve the best price for your home and a “that will do approach” does not help people achieve their dream move. Andrew has been in the industry since 2005, starting as a lettings negotiator and working up to lettings manager before deciding to move from lettings to sales and working up to sales manager. Andrew has worked for businesses renowned for their quality of training and holds a City and Guilds qualification in Residential Sales and is a member of the NAEA.
Jasmine MortonProperty Management Administrator
Jasmine joined the Hastings team in November 2017, Jasmine works alongside Emma and Ricky in the Property Management department assisting them with day to day maintenance. Having worked in customer service and admin previously Jasmine brings plenty of experience dealing with clients and providing great customer service.
Ricky-Lee WoodProperty Manager
Ricky heads up our property management department of the Hastings Branch overseeing Emma and Jasmine and assisting them with the day to day running of the Hastings portfolio and ensuring all properties have the required documentation to make them compliant with legislation. Ricky is extremely motivated and enjoys liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve any maintenance issues that may arise.
