I make sure I get to know my clients and their properties. I meet and personally vet all the tenants. 

I carry out the inspections and oversee any maintenance, using people I’ve worked with for years. And, if you have a question, you can just call me and I’ll tell you what you need to know. I don’t need to ask to anyone else, or check a call-centre screen. 

I know exactly what’s going on with any property at any time, because I’m the one sorting it out.
