Douglas Hooker MNAEAPartner
After an education at St John’s School, Leatherhead and University Douglas spent some time in the hospitality industry. He joined Patrick Gardner Residential in 1998 and has since developed a passion for selling property in Ashtead, Bookham and the surrounding area. His commitment and dedication was recognised by the company and in 2013 he became a full Partner. He is married to Cathy from our Leatherhead office, has a daughter and has lived in the Mole Valley all his life.
Sarah-Jane Rowe MNAEAAssociate
Having previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator at our Leatherhead office for eight years, SarahJane joined the Bookham Office in 2013 as a negotiator and now manages our successful sales team. Sarahjane has lived in both Bookham and Leatherhead for around 25 years and has therefore an excellent knowledge of the local area. She is married to Steve, has two grown up children and enjoys spending her spare time walking in the countryside with her friends and her dog.
Charlotte WardSenior Negotiator
BSC (Hons) MNEA - Charlotte has worked with Patrick Gardiner since 2007 and was previously the Sales Manager of the Bookham Office. Following maternity leave, Charlotte re-joined the Bookham team as Office Coordinator allowing her to still be involved in the property industry, which she loves. Living locally with her husband Steve and two children, she enjoys walking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Having previously worked in the telecoms industry, Pam initially joined our Leatherhead office in April 2018 and subsequently moved to our Bookham office in 2021. Living locally in Fetcham with her husband, three children and dog, Pam is an active member of the Friends of Oakfield School Committee. This provides her with a wealth of knowledge and experience of the schools and local area. In between working and the school runs, Pam enjoys cooking, reading and family walks with the dog.
Ian Baillie has retired from full time duties with the partnership but continues to have an active role as a consultant to the Company. He can be contacted for advice via our Bookham Office where his 45 years of residential expertise may prove to be useful. He will continue to work on potential development projects providing Patrick Gardner Residential with some excellent new homes to sell. Ian also remains a director of Patrick Gardner Residential Lettings and is a passionate golfer.
Sarah Rigby MARLALettings Area Manager
After enjoying a career in direct marketing and commercial enterprise for two national newspapers, Sarah looked for a change of direction following the birth of her first child, Oscar. Retraining in residential lettings in 2001, Sarah heads up our Bookham Lettings team with passion and genuine enthusiasm providing a key point of contact for property investment, tenancy legalities, property management, relocation to Bookham and the surrounding areas. Sarah’s passion is netball and ladies cricket.

Sarah Elsa joined Patrick Gardner from a successful events and publishing background. Living in Ashtead with her two busy teenage daughters, Sarah Elsa enjoys country walks, fine dining and city breaks. She moved over to the Bookham team in early 2020 from our Leatherhead office bringing energy and enthusiasm.
Suzanne RobinsonLettings Negotiator
Suzanne joined the Lettings team in 2015 wishing to compliment her career in the travel industry with her interest in residential lettings. She has lived locally all her life, the past nineteen years in Fetcham with her husband. Suzanne enjoys spending time with family including her daughter and granddaughter, travelling, eating out and watching a good film.
