Hannah SimsBranch Manager and Valuer
Hannah joined PFK as an administrative office junior in 2006. After a number of years working and increasing her knowledge, she was appointed as a valuer in Penrith before being promoted to manage the Keswick branch in 2014. Hannah has embraced the challenge of working her way up through the business. She now successfully manages a busy and thriving office and has also relocated to live in the area she operates in. She now stands as a leading property expert in one of the most desirable places.
Jonathan GreenActing Branch Manager and Valuer
Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has been working within that field for 20 years, particularly within the commercial sector. He went to school in Keswick and is the youngest of three boys, also working within the industry. He lives with his family in Lorton, with his teenage children attending school in the Cockermouth area. He is now based in the Keswick branch, supporting the team within his field of expertise with a range of property matters.
Chloe WalkerSales Negotiator
Chloe joined PFK in 2016 as a trainee, quickly developing in the role to progress to Sales Negotiator and a key part of the Keswick team. She lives in Whitehaven, but went to Keswick school which gave her a great deal of local knowledge in the area. Chloe is expert in the area of media and communication, having specialised in this area at A-level stage, and this is a skill that has been well utilised within the business as she continues to grow her role and career with PFK.
Peter BakerSales Negotiator
Peter has worked in Estate Agency for some 40 years, beginning his career in the leafy hills of Surrey before fulfilling his ambition of moving 2 years ago to Keswick to enjoy the beauty of the Lakes. He brings his vast experience to the Keswick office where he is proud to provide a truly professional service to his clients and enjoys the title of "the oldest negotiator in town!" Peter is married to a property lawyer and they both enjoy the hills surrounding Portinscale.
