Our Fully Managed Landlord Service is offered to landlords who wish to pass over the reins. With this service, we will take care of all calls, emails and queries from your tenants, no matter the hour. Our 24/7 team will always be there to help. From advertising the property, to resolving any problems, to handling deposit releases / disputes, Pure Lettings will handle it all! With this service you can trust us to ensure your property Is let to and well-kept by its residents.
Considering the ‘Let Only’ Landlord Services but not sure what it includes? With our let only properties, we advertise, organise viewings, fill the property as usual. However, once the money is paid, contracts signed and tenants are in, all communications are passed over to the landlord. The tenants will contact the landlord direct for any issues or queries raised and will pay their rent directly to the landlord.
