Meet the team
Daniel Vasey MNAEAPartner
Daniel was born and grew up in Farnham and now lives in Godalming and heads up our Godalming office. Having worked in the area since 2004 you need to look a long way to find someone with a better understanding of the local residential sales and lettings market. In his spare time, he enjoys playing cricket for Wrecclesham and plays the occasional round of golf. He is heavily involved in various local charities having raised money for Help 4 Hero’s, Arthritis Research UK and Get Kids Going over the years. Like many of the WPR family, Daniel is also a huge Arsenal fan!
Neil PritchardSenior Negotiator
Neil has lived in Godalming for more than 20 years and has worked as an estate agent in the town for most of that time. Neil's local knowledge and experience have assisted many buyers and sellers during that time to help with their move to or from this area. When Neil is not working he enjoys Ceroc dancing and walks in the Surrey or Hampshire Countryside, followed by some well-deserved refreshment in a nearby public house!
An experienced property professional for over 30 years, Stephen has enjoyed a wonderful career in property working within the Surrey market in the towns of Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Epsom, West Byfleet, Woking and Godalming. He is a firm believer that best part of working in estate agency is showing families around their future family home and using his expertise, experience and determination to make sure the move proceeds as smoothly as possible.
Paul StephensLettings Manager
Yet another Warren Powell- Richards Arsenal fan Paul gives us a little variation, as much to the dismay of his Guildford friends, he is a huge Bracknell Bees Ice hockey fan. Born in Albury and educated at George Abbot School in Guildford he moved to Cornwall to live with his Grandparents whilst attending college there. He has also spent time living and traveling in France and the USA. Other interests include being a huge Paul Weller and northern soul fan and getting fresh air as a keen walker.
After working in education for nearly 20 year, Cathy decided to change career; she now works Monday to Friday in recruitment and on Saturdays enjoys working with us at WPR. She has a family background in property; her father was an architect/surveyor and she often accompanied him around building sites to see new homes under construction. Her interest in property continues to the present day, having organise the property makeovers of 2 houses and is currently working on improving her house in Godalming. When she is not working she enjoys visiting National Trust properties, performing with the Godalming Operatic Society and socialising with friends.
