Established some 23 years ago, Williams & Donovan has over the past two decades firmly established itself as one of the most successful – and, equally importantly, most respected - independent Estate and Letting Agents in South East Essex. We opened our first branch in Hockley in 1999, adding a dedicated Lettings and Property Management office just across the road 5 years later. In 2014, we opened our Benfleet sales and lettings office.
Williams & Donovan provide award-winning sales and lettings, complemented by property management and financial services. We not only offer properties for sale and to let in Benfleet and Hockley, but also cover most other areas in South East Essex including Ashingdon, Rochford, Thundersley, Hadleigh, Bowers Gifford, Canvey Island, Pitsea, Basildon, Leigh-on- Sea, Westcliff-on- Sea, Southend-on- Sea, Thorpe Bay, and Shoeburyness.

Simply that we are not part of some big, faceless corporation. The firm was founded and is still owned by lifelong friends Ian Williams and Colin Donovan, both of whom grew up in the area.
