From the first office in Luton, Lenwell have expanded to now manage over 3000 properties and employ 47 full time staff across Luton, Dunstable, Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes and Hitchin.

The Property Management Team
Lenwell has a dedicated property management team looking after the day to day maintenance and running of the properties with inspectors in each of the local offices attending to the periodic property visits.
Our team will generate nearly 800 property maintenance orders and deal with over 2500 incoming calls each month. The separate accounts office runs rent credit control, payment to landlords and contractors and monitors contractors trade membership and certifications.
The management team has over 75 years of collective experience in the property industry available to you, offering advice and expertise in all relevant fields.
