Sam joined the team in 2010 having successfully achieved a BA at Northampton University. The addition of Sam’s intuition and skill has brought further impetus and momentum to the growth of Samuel James. He maintains existing relationships as well as forming new ones with investors and prospective buyers. Due to Sam's proactive and positive approach to business Samuel James sales has continued to expand and develop.

Lisa joined Samuel James having previously worked in the lettings industry. She began as a lettings Coordinator and has received a promotion to Lettings Negotiator. She maintains communication with prospective tenants and facilities viewings for suitable properties. Lisa conducts viewings and negotiates to secure positive lets for both landlord and tenant. Her proactive nature and her ability to adopt the unique methods used by Samuel James assisted in increased results.
Wendy DevereuxProperty Manager
Wendy begun her career in Property Management in the 1980's. She had many years' experience in customer facing roles. Her management experience encompasses the management of property portfolios, AST's, Company lets, regulated tenancies and day to day commercial management.
Linda WhiteAccounts assistant
Linda joined Samuel James in 2011. As a fully qualified book keeper, Linda assists with handling payments to landlords and contractors.
Ruby McGrathLettings Coordinator Apprentice
Ruby has joined Samuel James as a Lettings Coordinator Apprentice. Through her apprenticeship training, in house mentoring & further company funded external training Ruby intends to build a career within the residential lettings department. She continues to develop her understanding in preparing tenancy agreements, customer relations and arranging viewings.
Rosalind PontinAccounts Manager
Rosie has worked alongside Bruce since 1992 and assisted with developing the business into what it is today. She began as a lettings negotiator and has now taken the role of our accounts manager. Rosie is qualified in accountancy and keeps the smooth running of incoming rents and payments to landlords.
Anna WiltshireSales Negotiator
Anna joins Samuel James as a Sales Negotiator, bringing a wealth of conveyancing knowledge to the team. Anna believes in providing exceptional customer service and this is demonstrated in her day to day work. She maintains a proactive approach in sales progression, arranging viewings and negotiating sales.
Hamish CampbellSales Negotiator Apprentice
Hamish has joined Samuel James as a Sales Negotiator Apprentice. Through his apprenticeship training, in-house mentoring & further company funded external training, Hamish intends to learn and develop the skills required for becoming a successful and accomplished estate agent. He demonstrates a helpful & professional approach while assisting clients, taking calls, and arranging viewings.

Stephanie handles multiple tasks within our accounts and property maintenance department. She maintains a professional approach and continues to strive towards taking on more responsibility for various roles within the company.
