Linda joined Samuel James in 2011. As a fully qualified book keeper, Linda assists with handling payments to landlords and contractors.

Ruby has joined Samuel James as a Lettings Coordinator Apprentice. Through her apprenticeship training, in house mentoring & further company funded external training Ruby intends to build a career within the residential lettings department. She continues to develop her understanding in preparing tenancy agreements, customer relations and arranging viewings.
Rosalind PontinAccounts Manager
Rosie has worked alongside Bruce since 1992 and assisted with developing the business into what it is today. She began as a lettings negotiator and has now taken the role of our accounts manager. Rosie is qualified in accountancy and keeps the smooth running of incoming rents and payments to landlords.
Charlotte ChildSenior Lettings Negotiator
Charlotte joined Samuel James in 2018 and has experience in Lettings and Sales. She has a BA from the University of Southampton, is passionate about property and keen to get on the property ladder. Charlotte has a positive approach to business and is excited to be working with Samuel James.

Hamish has joined Samuel James as a Sales Negotiator Apprentice.
