Nobody should buy any property without personally viewing it, the web pictures, descriptions, floor plans & brochures are fine but in many cases the reality is sometimes very different.

Our Spanish offices have keys & access to virtually all the properties we list, some are exclusive to our Euro-Prestige Group. We strongly advise you always see a varied selection of properties in different ares in your preferred location & budget before making any decisions so you can compare all your options. Normally our staff can arrange viewing of 6-8 properties a day giving you plenty of time to also inspect all the local amenities. It may be noted from our own records over 90% of clients buy something different than their initial enquiry.

 

There are 2 main ways of viewing property:

 

Going out to the area on your own & making appointments or going in to various Estate Agents in the locality? In theory this is fine but whom can you trust & are they registered & insured, is your money safe? Its surprising that many people do not take the simplest of precautions, how long has the company been established & how many clients have safely purchased with them, do they offer an after sales service?
