To the rear of the counter is a bean to cup coffee machine, preparation area, till point, hand wash sink and hot plate. Doorway leading to kitchen which hosts a further stainless steel prep area and large oven for baking of the cakes and jacket potatoes, microwave, 2 large industrial stainless steel fridge’s and freezer’s, hob and mini oven, Panini maker and toaster.

Further rear room which is used as storage but could be converted to office and a door leading to a separate WC and hand wash sink. There is also a door leading to rear of property with a communal area.
