The vendor informs us that the boundaries of the field belong with the property for ownership and maintenance liabilities. There is a post net and 2 strand barbed wire boundary fence. The purchaser will be required to provide a second stockproof fence to the southern field boundary. The southern boundary must be maintained at all times by the purchaser.
There is a field shelter in the field which is included within the sale.
The land is not connected to any mains services. There is no water supply connected to the land.
The vendor is not aware of any public footpaths, easements or other rights of way affecting the property. The field is approached by right of way over the neighbours farm track.
