The Church of St Oswald is a prominent Grade I Listed Church of 15th Century origin; with the exception of the tower the Church was rebuilt in 1862. The construction is of ashlar and slate roofs with numerous interesting architectural features.

Situated on the eastern side of the village of Dunham on Trent set back from the main street (A57) close to the toll bridge over the River Trent. It lies at the eastern end of Church Walk off The Green.
