The Property

Alcohol Licence

We understand that this is the only business of its type in the area to offer alcohol for home delivery or with takeaway food. The premises licence will remain however the new owners will need to obtain a Personal Alcohol Licence to continue with this service.


Daalchini offers an extensive range of foods including burgers, pizzas, Indian food, wraps, fried chicken and more – making it a one stop shop for families with varied tastes. A quick internet search reveals that the business has built up a good reputation with some great reviews.

Trading Hours

Daalchini is currently closed on a Tuesday however it is open from 5pm – 10pm other weekdays and 5pm – 11pm on the weekend. We feel that business could be improved by extending these opening times, perhaps to create a lunchtime offering.

The Lease

The vendor advises us that there are three years remaining on their original five year lease. We are also advised that this lease could be extended subject to negotiations.
We understand that the rent is currently paid quarterly at a cost of £2625.
The rateable value of the building is £3,050 and so does qualify for small business relief.


We are advised that the current turnover is around £5,500 - £6,000 per month, although when pushed the business can easily exceed £8,000 per month.
